Os dispositivos em OpenCL podem ou não compartilhar memória com a CPU e, normalmente, têm um conjunto de instruções de máquina diferente (STONE GOHARA SHI, 2010). Device: Apple Mac mini M1 OS: macOS 11.4-arm64 Version: 6.2.4. ![]() I did check to see if there were any drivers you could download directly from NVIDIA, but non are available for macOS. O OpenCL também fornece uma linguagem e várias APIs, permitindo que os programadores acelerem aplicações por meio da exploração de paralelismo de dados ou tarefas. Source: Primate Labs Support: Zero OpenCL Score CompuBench measures the compute performance of your OpenCL and CUDA device. We’ve contacted Apple regarding this issue and Apple’s response is that they are unable to address the issue due to reduced NVIDIA support. This is due to an issue with the NVIDIA GPU drivers provided with macOS. In other words, Geekbench itself is unable to test this metric, rather than there being an issue with your discrete GPU. Because it can't run a full test, you're getting a score of zero, but this does not mean your GPU is faulty.Īccording to your Geekbench results, you scored a Depth of Field result of zero because it measured 0.00 pixels/sec for that metric. Testing was done with the JuliaGPU, MandelGPU, SmallPT GPU, and MandelbulbGPU tests via the Phoronix Test Suite. Unfortunately, this is the only available Apple hardware we had to test. ![]() The reason for the zero score is that Geekbench is unable to fully test this GPU due to reduced NVIDIA support. OpenCL lets you tap into the parallel computing power of modern GPUs and multicore CPUs to accelerate compute-intensive tasks in your Mac apps.Use OpenCL to incorporate advanced numerical and data analytics features, perform cutting-edge image and media processing, and deliver accurate physics and AI simulation in games. With Apple Mac OS X we ran OpenCL tests both on the Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 and NVIDIA GeForce 9400M. I know there's a difference between macOS support for OpenCL and Windows 10 but should Windows 10 OpenCL score, with the same hardware really be 230% faster? This is my score in Win 10.Your discrete GPU is almost certainly fine. I'm not too worried about it as I mostly use CUDA but I'm sure wondering why they are so low and if there's anything I can do to bump them up to where they should be, or just don't worry about it.Īnyone have any ideas or input? Many Thanks !! Fail to fully remove OpenCL Benchmark V 2.0 on your Mac Come across troubles when uninstalling OpenCL Benchmark V 2.0 Take it easy and we will guide you. I thought it might be the GT-120 pulling the score down so I pulled the card out and get basically the same low score. Not like a little bit but a lot, like 50% lower or more. My OpenCL score seems to be quite low compared to others. My other Geekbench scores in macOS High Sierra, CPU, CUDA & Metal seem to be around the same as others with near identical systems. I don't worry too much about benchmarks but they can be a good diagnostics tool. I need to tap into the expertise on this Forum.
